REQUEST FOR QUOTE
The City of Greensboro is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for “Robinson Park Resurfacing”.
Scope of work to include but not be limited to the following:
Milling and Resurfacing of entire walking trail.
Resurfacing and Restriping of parking lot and driveway.
All resurfacing should include the application of a minimum of 2 inches of State F mix asphalt, rolling
and packing, debris removal and other related tasks.
Robinson Park is a city-owned recreational facility located behind the Greensboro Police Department at
1141 Siloam Road, Greensboro, GA.
Requests for Quotes issued by The City of Greensboro are posted on the Georgia Procurement Registry
and the website for the City of Greensboro, https://greensboroga.gov/BidsandRFP.aspx. It is the vendor’s
responsibility to review these websites frequently for updates.
All communications concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Kierra Cunningham, Finance
Specialist, City of Greensobro, Ga. Email is the preferred method of communication to
kcunningham@greensboroga.gov. Only written questions submitted via email will be accepted. No
response other than responses written and distributed by the City of Greensboro will be binding upon the
City of Greensboro. Questions concerning this solicitation must be received by 5:00 PM on October 6,
2023. Answers will be posted to the City of Greensboro website and the Georgia Procurement Registry by
end of day, October 9, 2023.
All proposals accepted must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with your company name and
“RFQ – Robinson Park Resurfacing”. Please deliver your proposal to Greensboro City Hall, 212 North
Main Street, Greensboro, Georgia 30642, Attention: Kierra Cunningham, Finance Specialist.
The proposal acceptance will close on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Please allow
ample time for delivery. Proposals submitted after the due date/time will not be accepted, however,
proposals can be submitted prior to the due date/time.
The City of Greensboro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any
