The GBA is a private organization made up of Greensboro businesses. Businesses can choose to join the GBA and must pay annual dues. The GBA partners with Better Hometown and DDA but is an entirely separate organization that represents the specific interests of Greensboro businesses. Membership is open to any businesses located within the City of Greensboro. The GBA works to provide cooperative advertising opportunities, networking and to produce and give input on downtown events.
GBA officers are elected among its members.
