Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to relocate the venue for the
council meeting scheduled for May 6,2024, from Festival Hall to City Hall.
Festival Hall is currently experiencing wiring issues, which have resulted in the fire alarm repeatedly going off. As a result, it is not feasible to hold the meeting there until the issues are resolved. The safety and convenience of all attendees are of utmost importance to us, and we believe that moving the meeting to City Hall will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session. Please make a note of this change in your schedules, and inform any relevant parties who may need to be aware of the adjustment. The date and time of the meeting remain unchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
